Table tennis
Why is Table Tennis Useful?
Several recent research studies have shown the beneficial effect of playing table tennis for people with Parkinson’s. It’s also a fun and inclusive activity that just about anyone can play.
We play table tennis each Thursday at 6-7pm in the Main Arena in the Sports Wales National Centre in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. There are plenty of tables reserved for us. Bats and balls are available. There is no need to book and it’s free to attend.
Date and Time
Sessions are currently running every Thursday at 6-7pm until the end of August 2025 (except 24th July and 21st August when the Centre has pre-booked events in the arena).
